[2025-10-31] Added: New endpoints to list locations and positions that a manager can view or manage

Endpoint:

• v1/employments/{id}/rights/available_locations
• v1/employments/{id}/rights/available_positions

Method: GET

Change: These endpoints show all locations or positions to the requesting user, for which they can grant viewing or even managing rights to a manager.
