[2026-09-10] Improved: Optional parameter unassign_only to limit the effect of qualification deletion

Endpoint:

• v1/locations_position_qualifications/{id}

Method: DELETE

Change: Optional boolean parameter (default: false) unassign_only to determine the effect of qualifications deletion.

• true: Only remove the assignment of the qualification to this locations position, but keep the overall qualification.
• false: Destroy the overall qualification (and in the course remove it from all locations positions).
